Intro to Bouldering

If you are just starting out and would like some more direction and climbing tips, take our 2 hour introductory course taught by our professional climbing staff. This course covers all the basic info you need to get the most out of your bouldering experience including: basic climbing technique, safety, and understanding the climbs and grading systems. The Intro course is a great way to get started and includes a free week of bouldering at Project Climbing Chilliwack.

4-week Small Group Strength Training Program – Members Only

This four-week, small group strength program has been designed to complement and enhance your climbing training. The program focuses on full-body resistance training, designed to improve strength across all major muscle groups. Led by a Kinesiologist, you will receive a training program, instruction on proper exercise technique, an understanding of progression principles, and insights into effective program design. Each workout will be recorded, allowing you to track your progress over time.
